Classic Mexican Guacamole

Ingredients
1 fully ripened Mexican Hass avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp minced jalapeno pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Halve, pit and peel avocado; cut in chunks. In a small bowl, lightly mash avocado with a fork or potato masher to make a slightly chunky mixture. Stir in onion, jalapeno and salt.
Yields: about 3/4 cup.
