Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare 20 miniature muffin cups with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, sugar, and bran cereal. Mix well and set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine milk, egg whites and oil. Add to flour mixture. Mix until moistened. Fold in sliced banana. Pour batter into prepared miniature muffin cups, filling each muffin cup approximately two-thirds full. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
