8 oz corn muffin mix
1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 8" square baking pan.
 
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Spread half the batter in pan. Top with picante sauce and cheese. Spread remaining batter on top. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
