Method
Cook breakfast cubes, corned beef, onions and green peppers on hot oiled grill for 4-5 minutes on one side, then turn. Cook 3-4 minutes on other side until lightly browned. Or, deep fry potatoes (350-360 degrees) for 2-1/2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Push potato mixture to one side and cook eggs on grill. In serving skillet, arrange potato mixture and top with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with cheese.
Yields: one serving.
