Couscous Casablanca

Ingredients
1 pkg (10 oz) couscous, plus ingredients to prepare mix
1-1/2 cups frozen onion seasoning blend
1-1/2 tsp each minced garlic & curry powder
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges (drained)
8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)

Method

Prepare couscous according to package directions. Saute onion blend and garlic in butter in medium skillet until tender, about 3 minutes; stir in curry powder. Add chicken and cook until warm. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
