Method
Sauté garlic, onion, and pancetta in butter. Add tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon juice; set aside.
Cream together the goat cheese and luxury crab meat. Spread the crab mixture on the pizza crusts. Top with pancetta mixture, chopped olives and crab leg meat. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake.
Makes 2 - 10" pizzas.
