Method
Combine cream, peanut butter, lemon pepper and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in half of the herbs and mustard. Combine water and cornstarch; mix well. Add to sauce; simmer 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining herbs.
