Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup jalapeno pepper rings, finely diced
1 Tbsp liquid from hot pepper rings
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp apple jelly or sweet orange marmalade
2 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp sweet red pepper, finely chopped
Method
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yields: about 1-3/4 cups.
