Method
In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, melt margarine; add vegetables, cook and stir until tender; about 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk, Parmesan cheese, seasonings, and ham; simmer and stir occasionally for 15 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Serve sauce over hot egg noodles.
