Creme De Menthe Cheesecake

Creme De Menthe Cheesecake
Serve this mint-julip delight on lunch and dinner dessert menus.

Ingredients
(2 pkg) 8 oz Signature Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 tsp green creme de menthe
(1) 9" Keebler chocolate pie shell
Whipped cream (optional)
Chocolate mint candies (optional)

Method
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in creme de menthe. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
 
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and cut-up chocolate mint candies.
