9 large whole eggs (2 cups)1/4 cup sugar, granulated1-1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon, ground2 cups whole milkPillsbury® All Butter Croissants, baked as needed
Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and milk; mix well. Cut croissants vertically into four slices; dip cut side(s) of each slice into egg mixture. Cook on well greased griddle over medium heat until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped butter and warm maple syrup.
