Croissant Shortcake
Here's an attractive way to utilize leftover croissants. Just fill with strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredients

Pillsbury® All-Butter Croissants, baked as needed
Whipped cream as needed
Strawberries, sliced and sweetened as needed
White chocolate, melted

Method

Slice a baked croissant in half horizontally. Top the bottom half of croissant with whipped cream and berries. Place top half of croissant over whipped cream and berries. Drizzle with white chocolate; serve immediately
