Method
Core apples and cut into thin wedges; set aside.
For each sandwich: place one tortilla on a flat surface; spread with 1 tablespoon honey-mustard; place 2 oz apple wedge, 2 oz brie, 1 oz ham, and 1 oz lettuce over honey-mustard.
Wrap tortilla around filling. Cut sandwich in half on diagonal. Serve immediately or wrap well in plastic wrap.
