3 cups cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
2-1/4 cups ranch dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
1-1/2 Tbsp parsley, minced
Method
Combine remaining ingredients in food processor bowl. Pulse for 30 to 40 seconds to blend. Transfer to a bowl. Cover. Keep refrigerated.
