Cucumber/Dill Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely grated
16 oz yogurt, plain
16 oz sour cream
2 oz dill, dried
Salt, to taste
White pepper, to taste
20 Cucumbers, 2" thick slices, scored and hollowed
Method
Squeeze excess liquid from cucumber. Combine with next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and chill. Fill hollowed cucumber slices with sauce. Place on plate as dipping container.
