Method
Sprinkle crust with cinnamon and set aside. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/2 cup cream. Microwave on High (100%) 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Place ice cubes in a large bowl. Transfer bowl with chocolate from microwave to iced bowl and stir frequently until mixture is at room temperature. Beat remaining cream until soft peaks form, adding sugar gradually. Stir 1/3 of whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Gently fold in remaining cream. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate curls and a dash of cinnamon.
