Method
For phyllo triangles, brush phyllo with melted butter and stack. Cut stack into 4 equal parts. Fold each stack in half on diagonal, creating a triangle. Pull some of the leaves back and away from one corner to form a decorative edge. Repeat this procedure until you have enough triangles to make desired number of desserts. Each dessert requires 3 triangles. Place completed triangles on a cooking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool. Dust with powdered sugar. Place 1 triangle in center of a large dinner plate and put a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top, followed by strawberries that have been sliced in half if desired. Place another phyllo triangle on top of strawberries and repeat with whipped cream and more strawberries. Place final phyllo triangle on top, dust with extra powdered sugar, and sauce plate with strawberries.
