Method
Bring water to boil, add Salad Dices and salt. Simmer 5 minutes total; drain well.
Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, green onions, pepper, salt, and parsley. The dressing should be lightly tossed with the drained, cool Salad Dices. Cover and chill. Best to refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours before serving; serve cool.
