Deviled Delight

	Ingredients 6 Signature eggs hard cooked 2 oz cooked canadian bacon, diced 1 Tbsp dijon-style mustard 1 Tbsp yellow mustard 1-1/2 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise 1 Tbsp honey 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 Tbsp minced onions 1 Tbsp minced sweet pickles Paprika, as needed

Method
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set white aside. In small bowl, combine yolks, bacon, mustards, mayonnaise, honey, and cloves; mix until smooth. Stir in onions and pickles; mix well. Spoon the mixture into the reserved whites, or pipe it in with a pastry tube. Garnish with paprika.
