Method
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set egg whites aside. In a bowl, use a fork to mash yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery seeds, salt, pepper and ham. Spoon baking pans; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sour cream and parmesan cheese. Spoon about 1 Tbsp sour cream mixture over each stuffed egg half. In another bowl, combine margarine and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly over sour cream. Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven until topping bubbles.
