Dos Rios Corn Soup

Ingredients
1 qt chicken stock
2 mild green chiles (roasted and skinned)
3 cups Signature IQF Candy Corn
1 lime, freshly juiced
1/8 tsp salt
1 red bell pepper
5 corn tortillas
1 radish
2 green onions
3 tsp fresh oregano
Method
Heat stock in pot. Slice the roasted and skinned green chiles. Add chiles and Signature IQF Candy Corn to stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, add lime juice, salt, red pepper (seeded and cleaned), and quartered tortillas. Simmer 5 minutes. Arrange with 2 to 3 thin slices of radish, 1 split piece of green onion, and finish with chopped oregano. Serve with extra lime.
