Double Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
(1) 50 oz can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup milk (2% fat)
1 cup water
1/4 tsp thyme leaves, crushed
Method
In saucepot in hot oil, cook mushrooms and onion until tender. Add soup, milk, water and thyme. Heat through, stirring often. Portion using 2 oz ladle (1/4 cup).
Yields: 2 qts.
