Method
Marinate the tempeh in soy sauce and garlic granules for 1/2 hour. Brown on both sides in olive oil and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Saute the mushrooms, peppers, and garlic with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes in remaining tablespoon olive oil. Remove from heat and prepare the pizza: On each crust, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce. Top with 8 strips of tempeh. Next, sprinkle with half of the feta cheese, half of the olives and half of the chives. Top each pizza with 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano. Bake for 15 minutes.
