Method
Cook Breakfast Cubes on hot oiled grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Can also be prepared in Deep Fryer (350-360 degrees) for 3-1/4 to 3-3/4 minutes. Or, bake at 425 degrees F(convection oven) for 8 to 10 minutes, or 400 degrees F (conventional oven) for 18 to 22 minutes.
In saucepan, sauté‚ garlic and onions in hot oil until tender. Add cumin and lemon juice. Add cheese sauce. Stir in peppers and tomatoes.
On each tortilla, arrange 1/2 cup Breakfast Cubes and ladle 2 oz cheese sauce over all. Sprinkle with peanuts. Roll up.
