Method
Prepare cake mix according to package directions for two 8 or 9-inch layers. Bake as directed. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. Spread frosting between layers; frost top and sides of cake.
In small bowl, combine coconut and food color; toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake leaving 1-inch border around cake.
To make handle, cut a U-shaped strip from cardboard. Wrap cardboard strip with ribbon to cover. Attach bow. Push ends of cardboard down into cake to form handle. Decorate cake with almonds and bunny.
