Ingredients
12 flour tortillas, 10-inch
3 cups easy eggs, scrambled
24 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lbs bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 onions (medium size), finely chopped
2 cups guacamole
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
Sour cream
Salsa
Method
Wrap tortillas in foil; bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Layer eggs, cheese, bacon, onion, guacamole and olives evenly on each warm tortilla.
Top with sour cream and salsa.
