Ingredients
1 lbs roma tomatoes
4 sprigs cilantro
1/2 onion, small
1/4 lime, peeled
4 cloves elephant garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 green bell pepper, small
1 tsp salt
Method
Chop garlic, pepper and cilantro until fine. Chop and add the balance of ingredients. Use the seeds of the hot peppers to adjust the heat. Adjust any ingredients to taste.
Elephant garlic may be substituted with regular garlic.
