Ingredients
7 leaves Leaf lettuce
7 leaves Boston lettuce
7 leaves Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup carrots, sliced
1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup walnut halves and pieces
1/4 head iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
Method
Rinse and dry lettuce. Tear leaf, Boston and Romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. Cut iceberg wedge into small cubes and add to bowl. Add carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes and sliced mushrooms and toss. Sprinkle walnuts on salad. Serve with dressing of your choice.
