Feisty Mustard Topped Franks
A mixture of chilies, pickles and onion add a spicy zest to an American favorite.

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole kosher dill pickles, chopped
4 oz chopped green chilies, drained
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp mustard
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns

Method
 Mix pickles, chilies, onion and mustard. Grill franks until thoroughly heated (160 degrees F), turning occasionally. Place hot dogs in buns; top with pickle mixture.
