Method
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, milk and Signature® Steak Seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into patties, 3/4-inch thick.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning once. Serve on Texas toast with fresh tomato slices and romaine lettuce leaves, if desired.
Recipe Note: Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns can be used in place of Texas toast, if desired.
