1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup creamy peanut butter1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 tsp vanilla1 egg1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Combine first six ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir the dry ingredients together and add to peanut butter mixture. Blend thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Flatten with fork tines. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
