Fleischkueckle (Meat Pie)

Ingredients
5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup cream
2 cups milk
3 lb ground beef
1 onion, medium
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Method

Mix first four ingredients together, knead and let rest. Roll dough into a thin 7" circle. Sauté beef, onion, salt and pepper until meat is brown and thoroughly cooked. Spread meat mixture on half of the dough and fold it over to create a half circle. Seal the edges with a fork. Deep fry until golden brown.
