Four Cheese Macaroni

Four-Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients
16 oz elbow macaroni
1 stick butter or margarine
Salt and pepper
8 oz grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
12 oz can evaporated milk
4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
8 oz American cheese

Method
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add butter or margarine and stir to melt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese to macaroni, then eggs and milk; combine thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Add paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F until browned, about 30 minutes.
