Method
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Cut pastry sheet to cover bottom only of the pie pan and pat into place. Bake 7 minutes or just until set.
Remove to wire rack. Reduce oven temp to 375 degrees F. Lightly whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended. Layer spinach, 1/2 the cheese and kielbasa over crust. Pour on egg mixture. Bake 1 minute.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 15-20 minutes longer until set and golden.
Meanwhile, make topping. Melt margarine in a medium skillet. Add onions and salt and toss to coat. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Serve over quiche.
