Fresh Melon Salsa
Serves:
3 Cups

Ingredients
3 cups diced melon
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1-1/2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup honey
6 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp seeded, minced jalapeno pepper
Method
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
