Ingredients
Halibut
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon juice
Flour
Bacon fat
Salt and pepper
Butter
Method
Take several thin pieces of filleted halibut and dip in a sauce consisting of one part Worcestershire and two parts lemon juice. Roll in flour; fry in bacon fat until brown. Salt and pepper each side. Dot with butter and simmer covered pan until fish flakes.
