Fried Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices bread, white
2 Tbsp Signature peanut butter, creamy
1/2 whole banana, very ripe, mashed with fork
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
Method
Spread the bread with the peanut butter and banana. Melt the butter/margarine in a skillet on medium heat. Fry the sandwich, browning on both sides.
