Make Texas Barbecue Sauce: Combine barbecue sauce, horseradish and mustard in mixing bowl; mix well with wire whisk. Use immediately on grilled shrimp or refrigerate until needed.
Grill, bake or broil skewered shrimp on one side 1-2 minutes from thawed or 3-4 minutes from frozen and turn. Baste cooked sides of shrimp with Texas Barbecue Sauce. When second sides of shrimp are done (1-2 minutes from thawed or 3-4 minutes from frozen), remove from heat source and baste with sauce.
