Method
Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions.
During the last two minutes of cooking pasta, add snow peas to blanch. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well.
Combine remaining salad ingredients and mix in a small bowl.
Combine pasta with salad and fold in dressing to coat well. Refrigerate 4 hours.
To make dressing: combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup Italian dressing and 3 cloves minced garlic.
