Method
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Combine macaroni, green onions, and 2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits; set aside. Layer lettuce, macaroni mixture, zucchini, cauliflower and broccoli in a 3-1/2-quart salad bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, sugar and garlic powder; stir well. Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits just before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Toss to serve.
