Garlic Tomato Skin Strips
These grazing favorites can be deep-fried or baked. Their spicy-home-made appeal makes them a natural cold-weather appetizer.

Ingredients
48 each Lamb's Natural Munch Skins
1-1/2 qt Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/3 cup Basil, fresh, chopped
3/4 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste 
1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
Deep fry MunchSkins (350-360 degrees) for 2-1/2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Alternatively, heat at 375 degrees F (convection oven) for 10 to 15 minutes or heat at 425 degrees F(conventional oven) for 14 to 16 minutes.
 
Combine tomatoes, basil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cut Munch Skins in half lengthwise. Fill each strip with tomato mixture, using 1 heaping Tbsp of each.
 
Sprinkle with combined cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees F (convection oven) for 1 to 2 minutes, or at 425 degrees (conventional oven) for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
