Gingered Chops with Cherry-Orange Sauce

Ingredients
(4) 8 oz pork chops
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp chicken broth
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp grated ginger root
2 tsp dry mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
Make marinade by stirring together lemon juice, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, garlic and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Marinade chops in refrigerator for 8-24 hours.
 
Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Grill to medium doneness over direct heat about 10-13 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, prepare Cherry-Orange Sauce.
 
To serve: Ladle sauce onto plates and top with chops; garnish chops with additional dried cherries if desired.
