Gingered Snow Peas

Ingredients
2 tsp oil
1 lb snow peas
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 Tbsp dry sherry
Method
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add snow peas, garlic clove and fresh ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until peas are hot. Stir in dry sherry, stir well and serve.
