Method
Bake whole ham, according to the directions for the type you buy. About 45 minutes before it is done, remove pan from oven.
Remove fat drippings from pan and cut rind off ham. Score fat deeply with sharp knife. Mix glaze. Pour about 1/3 of the glaze over scored ham. Return pan to oven.
Bake 45 minutes longer, basting ham with remaining syrup at intervals.
