Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp lemon pepper
6 cups broccoli florets
6 cups yellow squash, sliced
4 small red peppers, cut into strips
2 cups 1-inch scallion pieces
1 cup Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
1 cup water

Method
In skillet, over medium-high heat, heat margarine and lemon pepper until margarine melts. Add broccoli; cook and stir for one minute. Add squash, red pepper, and scallions; cook and stir two minutes more or until tender-crisp. Blend Grey Poupon Honey Mustard and water; stir into vegetable mixture. Heat through.
