Method
Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine flours, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add dry ingredients and yogurt alternatively to creamed mixture. Fold in chopped apples. Spoon batter into 12 muffin cups; muffin cups will be full. Bake at 425 degrees F. 20-22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
