Method
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add onion, garlic, cumin, and saute for 3 minutes or until onion softens. Add diced tomato and green chiles and cook for another 5 minutes or until tomatoes have softened and some of the liquid has evaporated. Remove pan from heat and stir in Monterey Jack cheese and cream cheese, stirring until cheeses melt. Add milk until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning. Serve warm.
