Grilled Reuben Sandwich

Grilled Reuben Sandwich
Warm up your customers with this sandwich sensation made with corned beef topped with juicy sauerkraut and grilled to perfection.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
8 slices rye bread
1 Tbsp Kraft Thousand Island dressing
3/4 lb cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
6 oz Swiss cheese slices
1-1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine

Method
Spread each bread slice with dressing. Layer four bread slices with corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese slice and second bread slice, dressing-side down. Spread outside of each sandwich with butter.
 
Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
