Method
Make Salsa Spread: Combine mayonnaise, salsa, green onions and cilantro; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Yield: 3 cups.
For each serving: Spread 1 side of bread slice with 1-ounce ladle of Salsa Spread. Plate and top with 1-ounce lettuce.
Coat both sides of 1 steak with pepper. Grill to desired doneness, turning once. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Arrange 4-1/2 ounces of steak slices over lettuce.
