Method
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, seasonings and carrots. Saute carrots until tender-crisp, about three minutes. Remove from heat. Toss hot dog slices with carrot mixture, pasta, and olives. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
